Harrison and Upshur County Office Hours

Tri-County Community Action is available to serve residents at our Harrison and Upshur County offices.


Harrison County: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.  (903)-934-9892


Upshur County: 1st & 3rd Mondays and every Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.  (903)-842-0604
